  ARC Landscaping was great to work with. Cal is friendly, listened to what I had to say and worked well with my changes. The workers were friendly, hard working and cleaned up at the end of the day. They even helped me with little things I needed since I am disabled. The project from start to finish took about a month. It looks amazing now! I'm so appreciative to Cal and his crew.

  Not very considerate people. They worked on my neighbor's house for about 3 weeks, making dust from cutting bricks and dumping rocks and dirt. There is abrasive dust all over my back yard, side yard and the front of my house. My catio in covered with this dust and my cats are rolling in it and bringing it into my house. I just bought a new car and I've had to have it detailed 4 times. Thankfully I've just managed to make room in the garage for that one. However, my other car has been parked in front of my house this whole time and it has a roughness to the paint from the abrasive dust. Also, one of the trucks making deliveries of stones, dirt and bricks has side swiped the front corner of this vehicle. When asked about it, "not his responsibility" So, I am stuck with the cleanup of all the dust all over my house, a dented vehicle and detailing bills. As a handicapped person, I will have to hire people to clean for me. I cant stand up or walk so I can't do it. The workers making the clouds of dust should have either erected a tent or watered down the stuff they were cutting. I watched the clouds drifting from them to my house and was amazed at their lack of concern. I am very upset and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

  THE OWNER MAKES A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION. HOWEVER OUR PROJECT DEVOLVED FROM THERE. ITEMS WERE PUT IN WITHOUT OUR OK OF A SAMPLE, LIKE THE ROCKS. THEY ARE STILL A HAZARD FOR WALKING. PLANTS SAT IN CONTAINERS FOR TOO LONG WITHOUT WATER. AND WHEN PLANTED SOME DIED, WE KEPT HEARING, " THEY ARE JUST IN SHOCK " WE NOW HAVE OUR REGULAR GARDINER WORKING TO REPLACE DEAD PLANTS AND TO FIX OTHER ISSUES. I AM CONSTANTLY STRAIGHTENING WALKWAY LIGHTS THAT ARE NOT SECURE AND START LEANING. ETC. ETC ETC. TOO MANY ISSUES TO LIST THEM ALL. WE ARE NOW ENGAGING AN ' EXPERT ' LANDSCAPER TO HELP US REMEDY MANY PROBLEMS. WE GAVE ARC THE FINAL PAYMENT TOO SOON. THAT WAS OUR MISTAKE. AFTER THAT THEY WERE GONE. PHONE CALLS NOT RETURNED... WE FEEL PLAYED. A VERY DISORGANIZED COMPANY. OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED. THE ONLY THING DONE WELL WAS THE 'OVERBUILT' STAIRS. BUT GETTING TO THEM IS DANGEROUS. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN SAMPLES OF EVERYTHING, AND A PRECISE VISUAL DESIGN PLAN. WE TRUSTED THE OWNER TOO MUCH, AND NOW ARE SPENDING MORE MONEY TO REMEDY THE SUB-PAR JOB. AN EXPENSIVE LESSON. IN THE ATTACHED PHOTOS, THE TERRACES ALREADY EXISTED. THEY ONLY HAD TO INSTALL, DRIP, PLANTS, AND LIGHTS.........WE HAD TO REVISIT THE LIGHT PLACEMENT, AS THEY PLACED AND POINTED THEM ON THEIR OWN. BEWARE.

  What an amazing company! We had our backyard completely remodeled 2 years ago and had some fruit trees purchased through them. Fast forward to a month ago when we noticed a weird growth on the trunk of the tree. Turns out it was an infection that would slowly choke the tree from water and kill it (first two pictures). After reaching out for a solution, the ARC team worked with their vendor to replace the tree (third picture)! They even got a crew to come out on a Saturday to do it last minute! Highly recommend this company for all landscaping needs, as they have amazing customer service, and work with the best vendors!! Thank you Baylee and Cale!!!!

Our yard had become overwhelming to maintain, and we were looking for a solution that would not only look beautiful but also be much more manageable.
