  Had disappointing results using another furniture store to get a new couch delivered to our rural home. Went to La-Z-Boy in Santa Rosa and Sean hooked us up with the couch we wanted and the delivery guys were professional and went above and beyond delivering the couch. Couldn't be happier with experience

  I was expecting problems in finding a recliner that would be good for my short body, but I was pleasantly surprised when LaZ-Boy had just what I needed. The salesman was so nice and willing to find something that would 'fit me'....and it was in stock and could be delivered exactly when I wanted it. They helped me find someone to pick up my 'very old' sofa one day and deliver my new recliner the next day. The men who picked up the sofa were tasked with a difficult situation which they handled with expertise and willingness. The men who delivered the recliner were informed and explained the ins-and-outs of how to use this new chair. All men tasked with this purchase were kind, informed, and so helpful to me....a really 'senior' citizen, who appreciates the ease of purchasing this new product. Thank you all so much.
