  We have had a lazyboy chair for many years. Went back to this store to replace it. Found a great chair on sale. The problem happened because the company that bought lazyboy moved the warehouse to San Jose. The Santa Rosa store wanted to charge me $175. to ship the chair to the Santa Rosa store . They refused to sell me the chair that was on the floor that we liked and wanted. The company that now owns lazyboy would not allow us to take the chair with us. We have a pickup. So if you are looking at this store know the price will be higher than posted. Very disappointing 😞

  I was fortunate to be serviced by William the store manager. With 13 years of experience at La-Z-Boy, William's experience is unmatched. This was my first ever visit to a La-Z-Boy store and it won't be my last. The showroom is really well designed. William presented all my options from manual to power and fabric to leather. He quickly informed me of excellent closeout pricing which I took advantage of. Most important, William is personable, friendly, patient and an excellent customer centric advisor. I highly recommend La-Z Boy Santa Rosa.

  I had a great experience at La-Z-Boy in Santa Rosa. I went in on 4th of July weekend to see if there were any good sales. I was greeted by the store manager William. He asked what I was looking for and proceeded to give me information. I was interested in a reclining and wanted to see their inventory. When I explained to him that my basic interest was in reclining and that I had limited space in the room he suggested the idea of two individual recliners. I wanted back comfort and good leg support. I previously had 2 reclines in my old apartment that were very functional and comfortable. I indicated what budget I was working with and he showed me several recliners that were on sale and there were lots of colors and styles. He was very patient and spent a lot of time while I made my decision. He knew so many details and aspects of the funriture and went to look up other information. I was able to walk away with 2 beautiful recliners and 2 very beautiful side tables. I am completely satisfied with my new La—Z-Boy recliners. They are very comfortable and look great in my tv room. Thank you Willam for your patience and time you spent helping me choose a great set.

  I couldn’t be more pleased with your sales representative. He was very helpful, courteous and quite knowledgeable about the product he was selling. I would without hesitation to recommend La-Z-Boy to anyone looking for a quality product. Thank you La-Z-Boy!

  We haven’t received the furniture yet so this review is just based on the sales team at the Santa Rosa store. Reco was fabulous- very helpful and determined. We were ready to give up on finding what we were looking for but he and the store designer (can’t remember her name), didn’t give up and came up with a solution that worked for us. I would highly recommend dealing with Reco. He has a lot of patience and will answer everyone of your questions.
