This is my first time ever having a storage unit, and honestly, I’ve had a great experience so far! From the very first day, I was greeted warmly and everything was explained to me in detail. The front desk staff is super nice, thorough, and always willing to answer any questions. The facility is very clean, quiet, and well-kept. Definitely happy I chose this place!

Love the concept Extra Storage has built; the temperature controlled units, the easy-to-use app, and the near instant contactless service were all top selling points. However, the fact that my rate more than tripled in my time there was exhausting. Also, at this location the bathroom was often not fully stocked on the weekends which was a little gross.

Overall the storage facility itself was clean, easy to access, no gates to unlock and drive in since all units are in a locked building. The staff were friendly and very helpful so for these reasons I would give it a good rating, especially if you're rich and don't worry about money, this would be a good place. The issues I had was they increased the price of my unit fairly early on, I had a 1st month free deal and then my rent was supposed to be 100$ or something then it increased within 2-3 months of me renting the unit by double, and I had to pay ~200$ per month for a 10x10 unit, and then just received notice in the mail only 6 months later that it would be increased again to nearly 300$ per month starting soon, so I canceled and moved my stuff out because It was just not affordable anymore and I was unhappy with them changing the cost so drastically, in this economy to triple the cost of my unit within only a 9 month period of time is insane to me .
