Moving and storing your belongings can be stressful, but Setha went above and beyond to make sure everything was straightforward and that I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to come across someone who provides such genuinely great customer service.

Came here today, 7/31/26 in hopes to find a storage facility.
Setha was hands down the friendliest person my fiance and I got to talk to. He took no hesitation in showing us the available units, talked us through the pricing and items that would fit best. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch where they try to sell you the priciest one just to do so.
He was very professional about what Extra Space Storage provides and what we can expect. He had us in and out.
This is our first time ever getting a storage space unit, and we were lucky to have had Setha be the one to help us out.

Staff was super friendly & great communication! Walked us through everything perfectly😊 Definitely made us feel secure in getting a storage with them! 10/10 experience. I don’t remember the guy that helped us, but he had a cool tattoo on his right arm! Seriously his customer service was outstanding!
