  I’ll be generous and give a two star rating as the couple ahead of me were getting excellent customer service. I spent 10-15 mins browsing while the only member of staff helped the couple ahead. After they were done picking blinds and setting up an appointment for measuring, she continued to talk to them about vacations, second homes etc… until I gave up and left. Happy to wait my turn but at no point did she acknowledge me at all. Pretty rude.

  Phil & his team performed outstandingly from initial communication to final installation of 5 outdoor motorized blinds and follow up. I was convinced to use manual operation but THANKS to Phil’s convincing we went motorized 👍 We’re sorry we didn’t install these years ago, as it’s created additional usage of the very same spaces 👍 Their pricing is very fair & we didn’t need to negotiate anything. We highly recommend Discount Best Blinds and Shutters❗️ 10 stars !
