  Kevin is our guy! He’s almost always the one who comes out to our house, and he’s one of those guys that just makes the entire interaction/situation less painful. Everything costs money, and nowadays you almost dread to have a service done at your place. Not when we know our pests are controlled though, not when I pick up the call from Kevin that he’s on his way. We’ve had Clark for years, and I always recommend.

  I am extremely disappointed. Services are charged in an automated way. It is extremely difficult to end services and they continue to charge. Be aware. I called the number that the initial Agent that came to my home had given me. Left a voice message to end services. I got no response and I wasn’t able to do it online. Even after to talking on the phone with an agent, they Did not provide confirmation of cancellation, cancellation number or any way to document phone call or email to confirm that you have cancelled. I requested a refund and it was declined. Prior to this complaint Other issues where: I still had rodents after getting the services. They do not respond calls/messages and The communication is extremely difficult. When finally able to get to an agent, the agent on the phone was extremely rude and uncooperative. They are only good to you when they’re selling their services.

  For six years, they offer good services in my property. However, very difficult to reach and respond. When canceling services called and didn’t get a message back left a message. I was unable to open an account online and manage my services. They continued services after I saw the house and billed me for them. When I Call that about the problem and explain I had canceled services and there was a mistake. Didn’t refund The charges. They do not provide with a cancellation number, letter or evidence and continue to feel services and make it extremely difficult to cancel. The agent that I talked to was extremely rude, Interrupted me did not hear my Complain and refuse to corporate. Extremely upset after using services for six years. All through those years had very poor communication And they were rodents in my property despite their services.

  Ralph does a great job with the outside spider webs and monthly pest treatments. He is very polite, friendly and personable. I would like to have the rat traps that Clarke installed regularly inspected and reset since that has been our primary concern. Unfortunately, the access to the crawl space where the traps are located is somewhat small and can only be accessed from inside the house. Ralph (and myself) are large men and are unable to access the crawl space. I have seen evidence of rat droppings in our garage recently so I'm concerned they may be entering the crawl space again especially when the weather becomes colder and rainy. If Clarke could improve that part of the monthly service that would be much appreciated.

  Kyle B. Has done a half-hearted job for several months. His main purpose is to remove spiderwebs and spray for potential ants. When he finished today I saw webs on my front porch. I did not check the rest of the house. When he sprayed, he sporadically, sometimes hitting the foundation but mostly not. I stood in my Family room and watched him bypass the entire deck to house interface, and when the was finished and sitting in his truck I inspected the front porch and saw no evidence of spray. I asked him why he missed the deck and front porch, and he said the spray evaporated immediately, and that he " swears on his dead Grandmother" that he sprayed the entire house clockwise. I really find this disappointing!!
