Joe went above and beyond, providing incredibly friendly service and taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my inquiries. It is rare to find this level of helpfulness, and I highly recommend them!

  This is the best storage place I have come across.. My experience with Joe in the office was exceptional - he's very customer service oriented. Nice guy too, always helpful.

  Please forward to the manager; and to your national main office Dear Sir, Im writing this to personally thank and express to your business and management what a valuable employee you have presently in your employ at your Santa Rosa, Ca BuxBear storage location. I've been doing business with you for 5 + years and I rent three units. I recently moved to North Carolina and for some reason my unit was not correctly secured and anyone could have accessed the unit. It appeared to be locked correctly but actually was not and your assistant manager Joe, (Didn't get his last name unfortunately)saw that it wasn't secure and then contacted me and then secured it for me.. Now that is service! Your assistant manager is a very sharp individual, he saw something that everyone else missed, including myself and contacted me immediately, then sent me photos which determined that it was undisturbed, then secured it with another lock.. That's impressive! That gentleman is a keeper in my opinion and gets a huge atta boy from me for his attention and efforts! I continue as a satisfied and grateful customer of your BuxBear Santa Rosa, California location. Thanks so much, Daryl E Chang
