  If you're looking for wet storage, This is the place for you. Obviously I was looking for a dry storage, but that's not what I got. They has me sign a piece of paper saying that they weren't responsible if things got wet. I assumed that if there was a flood or a leak from above, my insurance would be responsible however, I was not expecting the water to come from underneath the door. If you look at the storage unit next to mine, you will notice that they had a flashing down to keep water from coming in under the rolling door. I did not notice at the time that mine didn't. I was sick, very sick and I was trying to get my belonging in quickly because I wasn't doing too well. What was going to be just a couple of months storage while I fixed my place up to bring things in turned out to be over seven months. It turned out that I had cancer and a heart problem . I needed to have surgery for both condition so it was a while before I could come back deal with my belonging When I came back. I would not expecting what I found .My belonging were moldy and much was destroyed. I immediately got everything out of there trying to save what I could . It was a holiday and no one was there to show them the damage . I was too angry. I didn't even wanna talk to anybody. I was too busy trying to save what I could. I have pictures. If anyone wants to see them. It's actually still so painful for me..The ladies working seen nice, but you know it's bad karma to work in a place that have disregard for their customers. There were complaints before under the old management, but the place was under new management and a name change. I often say that when the name has been changed it often to hide the guilty, not necessarily a better product. Thousands of dollars of stuff was destroyed antiques print paintings, artwork furniture, a beautiful french antique large mirror, Persian rugs .Yes thousands of dollars but the worst part is not the value, many of these things were irreplaceable real treasures that I loved and wanted It has taking me a few months just to sit here and write this complaint. It still very painful. Of course I called and they mentioned I signed my rights away .I paid for some insurance through them , I have a record of them telling me I had to renew it but they say I don't have it. Oh well. Like I said, I'm not gonna waste the energy. But if I were you, I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you value your possession even if you think it's just gonna be a short time because you never know what's going to happen. They don't really care. They're just all about the money and if you're there for more than a few months, they will jack up the rent. Because they know it's hard to move.
