  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Trunk Space, and it's all thanks to the assistant manager. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It's rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and so kind. Her positive attitude and dedication to helping customers truly set this location apart. If you're looking for exceptional service, I highly recommend Trunk Space. The assistant manager is a real asset to the team and deserves recognition for the amazing work she does!

  Excellent experience from start to finish! Doris and Raven were both fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. Renting a unit was quick and hassle-free, and I felt confident that my belongings were safe. I would definitely recommend Trunk Space Storage to anyone looking for reliable, well-managed storage. Thank you, Doris and Raven, for making everything so easy!

  I've been renting with Trunk Space Storage since they first opened. I originally had a smaller unit, and about two months ago I moved into a larger one. Unfortunately, I recently received an email saying the price for my new unit is going up. That's disappointing because now I have to start looking at other storage options, and moving is never fun. That said, I stopped by the office and spoke with Raven. She was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me stay as a customer. She took the time to listen and is trying to help me keep my current rate. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and I really appreciate her effort. Overall, my experience at this location has been great. The facility has been good to me over the years, and I hope they're able to work something out so I can remain a customer. Fingers crossed, because moving always sucks!

  I really wish I knew about the storage facility sooner. This is my only regret. A reasonably price location with generous & genuine customer service. I had an issue with a locker and Raven front desk staff was so accommodating and understanding. Her customer service experience really shown thru while I was managing a stressful circumstance. It was her immediacy that made it clear that the issue was supported by staff & company. Many storage companies charge overrated fees and conduct business as if they are doing you a favor by being respectful and extending helpful customer service. Trunk Space is all about communication, support and customer service. These business owners have done a great job with their staff choice and business model, especially compared to other storage brands. These guys really get it!
