  I personally want to call out Joseph for his incredible service. We showed up near end of day at 5pm, he took his time walking us through every mattress, let us try them, actually tailored the entire walkthrough to our sleeping habits, aches, pains, and sleep positions to find the perfect fit. We did not feel any pressure or sales tactics being used whatsoever to buy higher tier mattresses. We ended up going with one of their in house manufactured mattresses and had it delivered NEXT DAY!!!! The delivery was smooth, easy, and painless. Even though our building is quite large and they had to get it to the 4th floor, the two gents handled it well, especially on a hot day. All around 10 stars out of 5.

  This was the third mattress store I visited and the best one! I was helped by Levon he took his time to explain and show me every mattress that met my requirements and budget. Unlike other stores, there was never any pushy sales tactic or pressure or hype to buy the most expensive mattress. Just great customer service and a wide range of mattresses!

  I happened by accident to stop into Ortho Mattress while on my way to Sit&Sleep, and I am happy I did! Joseph the store manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful when it came to informing me about my choices and I had a lot of concerns. His patience and concern for what my needs were took precedence over just wanting to sell me a mattress.
