Really disappointing experience. Our storage unit had rat droppings throughout it, including around our belongings. When we spoke with staff, the response was basically that rodents happen and there wasn’t much they could do.
We also had items we needed to throw away because of the condition of the unit, but the facility doesn’t provide a dumpster or any way to dispose of damaged items. We were actually told to find local trash bins to use instead.
For a facility that charges customers to safely store their belongings, I expected much better pest control, cleanliness, and customer service. I would not recommend this location.
