  Be careful and ask for complete, written clarity when discussing payment options for termite treatment, or other high cost treatments. We have experienced a lot of he-said, she-said between various employees, timelines for financing and repayment options are unclear, and conversations that were not recorded and have been cited second-hand months later are the basis for repayment options. We have had good experience with onsite employees, but I feel as though our options were not made clear and the backend has felt combative and unhelpful.

  I wanted to recognize Matthew for providing such excellent service. He was very accommodating with my busy schedule and helped reschedule my appointment for a day and time that worked best for me. He arrived right on time.. even a little early, which I really appreciated. Matthew was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my pest-control concerns. He was extremely punctual, dependable, and thorough throughout the visit. It’s reassuring to have a technician who is reliable and genuinely attentive to the needs of my home. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a dependable, professional, and attentive technician. I’ve been very pleased with the quality of his service and would absolutely love to have Matthew continue as the regular pest-control technician for my home. I highly recommend him and truly appreciate the excellent service he provides!

  We had a young man come by as my husband and I were working in the garden. He explained how they could help with the ant problem. He was well informed and answered all my concerns. He was very helpful.

  Ignacio works very well. The problem I have is that I contacted Clark and asked them too contact me prior to coming. Three times they came. I keep my gates locked so they were unable to spray my area. They did not do the work but left a bill. Please contact me at least a day before. Thank you.
