Had a great experience with ES Storage on Soquel in Santa Cruz. One time, like a buffoon, I left the storage door completely open and left. They called and notified me right away (and were gentle on my ego). Then, when moving out, (yes, again) like a buffoon, I left a sentimental item in the corner. Again, they called me right away and held the item for me. 10/10 would recommend.

Definitely 5 stars and if you could give 10 Stars this location deserves it. Clean well kept property, secure. Cyndi the Site Manager, is excellent. She figures out the best things for your needs. Seth, the Assistant Manager, is there to help when you need it.
Excellent location, perfectly maintained, well lit.
Also a fully stocked supply area where you can get all of your packaging needs at an exceptional price.
Cell phone-based automation for gate entry and retrieval of lost gate code. Exceptional rates and they don't raise rents as often as the competitors do.
The management is key. Cyndi, the Site Manager is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, patient. A true professional and when you need something done she gets it done fast!
Seth, the Assistant Manager is polite, knowledgeable and willing to help you when you need it.
Highly recommend.
