  I called yesterday afternoon and they came this morning and had my dryer repaired in less than 24 hours. That's what I call customer service!!!!

  I was referred to Carlos Martinez by Baker Brothers in Watsonville. He came out within a week, moved the fridge out, found the problem with the compressor, went to the truck to get a new one, came back, put it in, cleaned around the fridge and then came to the front, took off a plate at the bottom that covers the incredible amount of dirt. He cleaned that out, and I vacuumed as well. This was inexpensive and my fridge is in fine shape now. I am profoundly grateful!

  After being told by several Appliance Repair firms and being given appointments 6 to 8 weeks away, we called All State. My wife spoke with Carlos, and he gave her an appointment within two days. Carlos arrived on time and within an hour the oven was up and running. Carlos was very respectful and courteous while on the property. We would recommend this service company and Carlos Jr. any time.   Carlos Martinez Jr. came to repair my LG refrigerator because the defrost drain pan was full of debris. He is very professional and patient and resolved my problem completely. I will highly recommend him and his company.
