  I would have said a perfect 10 about a year ago but since then they have had it out for me they raised my rent 2 xs in the last 4 months said the second rental raise was due to not following instructions so I proceeded to ask them and they told me that 2 individuals weren't suppose to be there how is that my business my only business is my unit if I wanted to be technical on page 2 of 3 of there contract says no verbal agreements between customer and management so the reason they raised my rent almost triple was 298 now 1000 didn't know other people's business could have a effect on my unit Linda is very rude and said she will do anything to get me out I didn't know that you can raise a person's rent lock them out when they pay. I believe this is unethical business practices meaning I was the only one got rent increase from 298 to 1000 a month
