My mom and I came in to get her new storage unit and Brianna was so helpful. The unit my mom originally reserved was too small so Brianna transferred us to a new unit, and showed us how to get to the unit. She was very friendly and explained all the different rates and more. Highly recommend!

This location of Extra Space Storage has been so helpful! We are moving our child into CalArts this month, but we live on the east coast. This makes purchasing large items for their dorm challenging. I spoke to Extra Space Storage and this location accepts shipments to be put into your unit. So, I rented a unit and they are putting packages into it for us so that they are there and ready when we move our child in. They also are always quick to respond to questions. They have really helped us resolve a concern as we were worried we would have to wait to buy everything later. We plan to use them again when we need to store things over the summer in-between school years.
