RATE GOES UP!
Started at $63 in rent and went up to $131 within a couple years. At one point, they wanted double my rate (an *exact* down-to-the-dollar double) citing "changing market conditions", all while still advertising $66 to new customers. After more increases, they did get me past double (and this was *with* negotiating)! Extra Space knows moving sucks, and they won't hesitate to use that against you!
Otherwise a clean facility with accommodating hours and helpful staff. It's a nice place in a nice location.

World class experience. Late evening, after hours when we realized we needed a place to store a car. Online registration was flawless, code worked right away upon entry to the facility, and our unit was available for use right then. Seamless, and was a life saver for us. Met the staff the next morning when the office opened for some other details, and they were courteous, professional, and very capable. Will definitely use them again.
