I have had very good support from the onsite manager Tony land his assistant Brittany but the upper management antics of raising the rent whenever and by whatever it pleases propels me to go elsewhere. Extra Space Storage is based in Utah and refused to deal directly with custumers. Off I go.

Not all storage facilities are built or run equally, but this is a good one. We've been with them for years and are only leaving now because we don't need the space anymore. The facility is clean and well-maintained and has convenient opening hours. We have only interacted with the staff a few times, but every time they have been friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I have used a couple of different storage facilities, and this one is far superior. Staff is extremely courteous, supportive, and helpful. This was such a positive experience over the last storage unit I used where shortly after I moved in my items got wet as a result of a leak in the unit where mold developed and ruined quite a few of my items! That said, if I ever needed to store items again, I would not hesitate coming straight to “this facility location!” 🥰🙏🏻
