Storage facility open too soon. Didn’t tell people about the facility being under construction. Initially, given a unit that someone else had.
Then given a floor unit that was smaller by 7” width. Had to rearrange putting stuff in storage. I’m 6’6” and have both knees replaced and it’s a pain to get stuff in unit.

He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was taken care of.
