They made sure that I know how to use and maintain the machines as well. Greg from the sales team is also great as he always addresses my questions and requests promptly. My order was a bit delayed but the team made sure I was taken care of Brianna and Greg had great communication with me on the ETA of my order of a Samsung washer and dryer. The delivery team just dropped off the appliances. Calvin and David were prompt, called me 20 minutes before they arrived and we're in and out. Calvin and David were very professionals and were very kind. I was very happy with them and my washer and dryer. Great experience overall 👌 👍 👏
