  We just rented here yesterday. Melanie in the office is super nice and helpful!!! These units are not temperature controlled and very basic. We didn't see any signs of rodents or bugs. They require $9 month insurance for covered loss up to $2,000. We are not storing anything irreplaceable here. Price is very fair!!! They have specials - we got a pay for first month and two months free. They even have a pretty large moving truck to "rent." Essentially, you pay $20 for the day and refill the gas tank. If you want to use it, go early in the day. We could not reach the location via the phone # provided on the web (it is only a call center). So, we just went there to learn more and sign up. Once you are a tenant, there is a number straight to the office. We rented an "indoor" 5x5 unit. Up front paid $120 and that will get us 3 months use. If we need to go beyond that, they will charge us the regular monthly fee, then pro-rate back any days we are not using when we move out. Melanie said the refund might take 30 days. The area does have indoor and outdoor surveillance.

  Honestly had a really good experience here. The place is easy to access, which made everything way less stressful. The guy working there was super helpful, honest, and really accommodating—he made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Prices were fair too, which I appreciated. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot if you need storage 👍
