  My carpet looks brand new. These people knew exactly how to clean wool carpet. They even got out makeup stains. Very professional service. I would highly recommend.

  This is our third or fourth year of having The Carpet Specialist clean our outdoor patio carpet. We will never have any other company clean it, even we replace it eventually. Each year it gets wet during the winter and new stains appear. Rich, Nino and Julio take great care with our carpet since it is older and return it to its natural color, a pale beige/green. It always looks perfect for beginning our summer entertaining and life outside in Huntington Beach, CA! We especially appreciate the professionalism, the fact that they always (without our asking) do a little something additional like cleaning a nearby area rug or mat. A value-added service in today's world makes ALL the difference in selecting a carpet cleaning company. You can't go wrong with Rich and The Specialist crew.
