Enter: our sales associate, who completely saved the day. She was amazing, kind, patient, stylish (seriously, she looked so cute), and knew exactly what she was doing. She walked us through everything without any pressure, and at some point we just said, “okay, we trust you,” and let her take the lead. Best decision we could’ve made. Now we’re waiting on our new couch!!! A pink setup with recliners—and it is exactly what I’ve been wanting. Let’s be clear: adult money was spent. But after 10+ years with our loyal IKEA couch, it was time. And honestly? Zero regrets. It feels worth every penny. Bonus: they offer a first responder discount, which I was very happy to take advantage of as a nurse—such a nice touch. Overall, the whole experience was fun, easy, and actually exciting (which is not how furniture shopping usually goes). Huge shoutout to our sales associate, wish I remembered her name, because she absolutely deserves it. Highly recommend if you’re ready to upgrade your space and lean into your adult era

Returned through mail and still have not received refund. I’ve attempted to contact the company multiple times without result. Now, I’m told it will be another 10-19 days for any refund. It has been over a month. I regret ever dealing with this company. What a nightmare!
