I’m new to this storage facility and my first time interacting with the office staff , Jewel was wonderful. She greeted me with a big smile when I walked in the door at the end of her work shift and helped me with my account. She also made sure I had the app downloaded on my phone showed me how to use the remote gate entry where to find the code to the gate and too the time to walk outside to make sure everything worked for me.. I’m not used to receiving service like that at any of the storage units I have rented from before.
