  I purchased a pin expensive Natuzzi sofa from this store. Within a couple of months of having it, the seats started to sag and the leather already looks worn out in one spot. I contacted the store and sent photos the end of Jan. Since then, I have followed up several times, only to hear excuses. This is supposed to be a high end store selling a quality product, yet I can’t get any satisfaction. Next stop will be the Better Business Bureau.

  I have already posted a review and the terrible experience continues. I paid a 50% deposit for an item and was told 2 days later that they could not honor the price it was offered at! To make matters worse, our credit card has been charged the amount and no refund has been issued more than 2 weeks later! Why would the card even be charged if the price was not going to be honored? This is unacceptable to say the least.
