- JBJacob BolesAug 10, 20261.0Very poor customer service. My invoice included a separate line item for glue that I paid for but never received. Before the issue could be resolved, the local franchise closed. When I contacted the parent company, they initially denied my request because they incorrectly claimed the purchase was over a year old. After I provided proof that it wasn't, the explanation shifted to saying I couldn't prove the glue had never been delivered. I provided everything I had, but after multiple follow-up emails, they simply stopped responding. I expected the parent company to stand behind its franchise and work toward a reasonable solution. Instead, I was left without the product I paid for and without any customer support. Very disappointing experience.

He showed me their samples and introduced Dave, who agreed to immediately come to my house and measure. Monday they had a quote waiting on me in my email, and installation that Thursday. 6 days from start to finish. Installation crew did their job, cleaned up and left me some scrape pieces . In and out, very professional and easy. Im very satisfied The overlapping pieces are protection until I get my solar window shades... which they also provided. Jeff S.
