- CICarina Ibanez4 days ago1.0Employees are rude. My husband and I were walking the aisle, which were filled with stacks of boxes, and left little room to walk by so I said excuse me to the employee. She did not move so I said excuse me again then instead of acknowledging what I said, she forcefully kicked a box to make space. She also blocked my husband from following by standing on the middle of the aisle. He had to go around which is not a big deal but the employee glanced over our direction several times after that. I will not be coming back and instead go to the Oceanside location even though it’s out of the way.

- SRSteven RSep 15, 20261.0This is probably the third time I’ve come here and been super disappointed. This time I couldn’t take any anymore. I had two girls clothes off two aisles like it’s Home Depot or something and closing off aisles cause they had to restock and wouldn’t let me down them to buy items in the jewelry section. I even asked a manager to help he was even less helpful 11 San Marcos down the street from the toilet but every time I ever need any types of crafts I’ll drive to Vista and Michael’s all day long. I would recommend you do the same. Their manager ain’t helping for nothing
- CRCurtis RobinsonSep 12, 20261.0The store manager desiree was unhelpful and rude. Making my mother stand in line twice over and was aggressive and short when my mother asked a question. I encouraged her to not shop at this establishment
