- LSLori SentiJul 6, 20263.0I really enjoy shopping at this Hobby Lobby. The store is beautiful, well-stocked, and has a great selection of home décor, crafts, and seasonal items. Unfortunately, my experience with the restroom was very disappointing. I was the first customer in the store that morning, and although the restroom now requires an access code (which I think is a good security measure), it was visibly dirty. The floors, walls, sinks, and toilets all appeared unclean, and the soap dispenser was literally being held together with tape. I mentioned my concerns to the manager, Debra, hoping she would appreciate the feedback, but she seemed dismissive rather than concerned. Clean restrooms and a positive response to customer concerns are important parts of the shopping experience. I still enjoy the store itself and hope management will give the restroom the attention it needs so it reflects the quality of the rest of the store.
