- DMDuncan MarksSep 26, 20262.0They jacked the rent up by 28% within a couple months of starting the contract… Which I gather is pretty common for this place after seeing more reviews. Your things will be kept safe, but when you move out, they will be covered in dust, spiderwebs and they will ask you to sweep out your unit, even though it's indoors and their facilities/construction aren't good enough to keep things clean while in storage. The older gentleman who works there is very nice, but the guy named Bryan(?) is very difficult and extremely crass. With all the options in SLO, you're better off going somewhere else in my opinion.
- DSDavid ScottSep 22, 20262.0The facility is pretty good, but the staff seems to be really uptight and a little confused.
- AJAndrew JarvisJun 23, 20265.0Great customer service. Easy accessibility. Very nice units.
- DODeyanara OrtizJun 23, 20265.0Great customer service with reasonable hours to access the site.
- AАлександр ИвановJun 2, 20261.0Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your time. I applied online, but their system glitched, keeping all my personal and card info. I came in person beforehand without the trailer to check everything. The guy (bald employee) assured me the space would fit and that insurance could be done on-site. When I returned with the trailer, he completely changed his story. He started making up excuses that the trailer was "too big" (even though it easily fits the 10ft door), demanded extra insurance he previously said wasn't needed, and then suddenly claimed he had a 2-hour lunch break (after explicitly telling me earlier he didn't have one). It was obvious he just didn't want to do his job. We went to another storage facility down the road, got the exact same size unit, and it fits perfectly with plenty of room to spare. Process took 5 minutes there. This guy is unprofessional and lazy. Management needs to look into his behavior, as I see I'm not the first one complaining about him. Highly NOT recommended!
