I applied online, but their system glitched, keeping all my personal and card info. I came in person beforehand without the trailer to check everything. The guy (bald employee) assured me the space would fit and that insurance could be done on-site. When I returned with the trailer, he completely changed his story. He started making up excuses that the trailer was "too big" (even though it easily fits the 10ft door), demanded extra insurance he previously said wasn't needed, and then suddenly claimed he had a 2-hour lunch break (after explicitly telling me earlier he didn't have one). It was obvious he just didn't want to do his job. We went to another storage facility down the road, got the exact same size unit, and it fits perfectly with plenty of room to spare. Process took 5 minutes there. This guy is unprofessional and lazy. Management needs to look into his behavior, as I see I'm not the first one complaining about him. Highly NOT recommended!
