The staff here are kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Lisa, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were taken care of. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and everyone made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my move. Overall, I appreciate the care and attention I received and would highly recommend this facility to others.

The staff at Extra Space Storage in San Lorenzo is very helpful and friendly. Lisa, the supervisor, has helped my wife and I for a long time. When there was an issue with our unit, Lisa was right on top of the problem to make sure it was resolved quickly. We both highly recommend this location.
