The management and staff at this location are outstanding! Friendly, courteous, and professional, making the entire move-in process quick and hassle-free. I especially appreciated receiving a follow-up call before my move-in date to make sure everything was on track and that I was ready. That level of customer service really stood out. I'm very happy I chose this facility for my storage needs and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and customer-focused storage facility.

Extra Space Storage Grant St. In San Lorenzo, I had a 10x15 unit for 1-1/2 years.
My experience was A+++, when I first rented the unit the Manager was very professional, helpful and worked with me, offering discounts for the unit, there was one rent increase during my rental and I rolled with it. Although I should have had a conversation with the Manager as the manager may have been able to assist. Always to remember to communicate with management as they may offer a discount. No problem.I continued as needed. Now It was time move out and close the contract. The Manager Lisa was so helpful with the process and made it easy.
As we finished loading up for the last time, we swept out the unit assuring it was the same as the first day moving in. Lisa came by and thanked us for the rental time.
I would absolutely use Extra Space Storage again if needed.
