I was hoping it would be just an adjustment. Well unit is 25+ years old, part cost ok, but then labor another 450. Well tech knows his stuff. Maybe the more hrs they are working on it the better the price per hour gets? Overall, unit runs like a charm again. Great tech, clean work, can recommend my guy in the San Benito County

I've been having problems with my Sub Zero ice machine. Box Appliance (Gabe) came out and diagnosed by machine. Unfortunately, the valve has to be replaced. Gabe initiated the order and will return to repair it. I'll write another review once the repair has been completed.

We had a water leak from our subzero fridge. The technician cleared the leak and explained clearly what was going on. Got a lesson on how fridges work. He changed the water and air filters and was very knowledgeable. Hopefully we won’t need another maintenance call! But if we do, we will call Box appliances again.

Box appliance is not cheap BUT they offer excellent service! I have found their office to be responsive, informed and consistently pleasant with which to work. Of all their field service professionals, John is by far the most capable and knowledgeable. He is ALWAYS on time, super friendly, takes the time to listen closely to customers AND explain precisely what is going on and brainstorms solutions to issues. A true professional! Box is lucky to have him!
