I saw a large wooden media cabinet online and wanted to see it in person today before buying. Unfortunately, that large, heavy piece of furniture was packed up in a box. Andrew C. rolled out the large cabinet, unpacked it, and showed it to me. He was patient and courteous and didn't pressure me to buy. He is a model for superior customer service. Thanks, Andrew!

Yes, if you are a person of color the employees FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE STORE!! It's so crazy because half their products seem imported from India and they racially profile people from there??? The first time it happened I didn't even realise and was confused because I have NEVER had it happen in California of all places in over 10 years living here. It's honestly so crazy to even write about this because I am dumbfounded as well. This is unacceptable.
