  英文原版（直接复制发布） I had a rather disappointing and uncomfortable shopping experience at this store today. I came in with my two children, hoping to look at and consider buying sofas as a genuine customer. I never asked about or even mentioned the restroom from the moment I walked in. The staff first came up to talk to my son, asking if he liked the table. I just smiled politely and didn’t say much. But surprisingly, he soon told me the restroom was out of service without any reason. I was just here to shop quietly and had no intention of using the restroom at all. It felt awkward and disrespectful to be judged and assumed for no reason, especially after casually chatting with my child first. I have been living in the United States for many years, and this is the first time I have ever felt discriminated against. Every customer deserves basic respect and fair treatment. I hope the store can train staff to treat shoppers more appropriately and respectfully.

  It’s great that there is an outlet so close in San Jose. There was a decent selection. One of the sales associate seemed quite busy with someone even as people waiting for help started to line up … but another associate was quite helpful!

  This outlet store on Hillsdale Ave is just the bare bones interior items displayed on bare floor and walls 😢 Now must visit the Palo Alto store or virtually via their website but the one on Santana Row was huge and so delightful to get interior design inspiration from. RH is always aesthetically tasteful (never loud) and classic with a modern vibe. *Z Gallery was on Santana Row, which was closed down, horrible memory.
