Started at their showroom going though their samples, and then Ryan came out and brought us more, giving us more info to help make the right choice. The install was less than a day, since we already had the base - just removed and replaced. They cleaned up afterwards, were very friendly, and our lawn looks real! Went with BlueGrass Pro. Price seemed very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend them.

While one of the employee finished with his customer, he went directly to the white customer the came in after and help him first (I’m Asian by the way). I did not say anything though. The employee help the white customer was also white. Took the white employee awhile before he help me. When the employee help me, he was making a joke about the lord of the ring that I don’t know understand what the hell his joke was.
