The freight company that Lowe's uses to deliver products to job sites is completely worthless... Leaves you hanging, holds the job up... Store is understaffed like all lowes stores ... They make it impossible to get a hold of anybody on the phone to coordinate deliveries... And then to top it off they leave me some automated reply saying how much they care and how professional they are.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Typical corporate BS.... If you really cared you wouldn't just give me the runaround with some phone number to call and automated line... You would actually have a manager contact me who can actually make things happen... But nobody really cares... I still have a pallet of gray cap stones that were delivered to my job site and we're supposed to be picked up two weeks ago! Because they delivered the wrong color... Nobody's picked them up yet and they're still just sitting there. Now we're finished with the job and I'm going to have to haul the pallet myself and pay my crew to load it up by hand and deliver it back to Lowe's for a return.... Not to mention I've already paid My guys to wait around for the delivery company to pick up this pallet of Miss delivered blocks twice and they just left us hanging no show no call..... Complete flakes...

Returns lady rude as hell do not shop herer customer service is suppose to be just that and then when I checked out she went to self check out to go thru my items when I had bought two items 2 of 2 and she came to scan other item that wa same sku resulting in item being said already scanned too a manger to come all the chaos and ok not to say yesterday it's $35 for both vanity's ckearncw so embarrassing the time and energy for this lady to do
