Store is understaffed like all lowes stores ... They make it impossible to get a hold of anybody on the phone to coordinate deliveries... And then to top it off they leave me some automated reply saying how much they care and how professional they are.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Typical corporate BS.... If you really cared you wouldn't just give me the runaround with some phone number to call and automated line... You would actually have a manager contact me who can actually make things happen... But nobody really cares... I still have a pallet of gray cap stones that were delivered to my job site and we're supposed to be picked up two weeks ago! Because they delivered the wrong color... Nobody's picked them up yet and they're still just sitting there. Now we're finished with the job and I'm going to have to haul the pallet myself and pay my crew to load it up by hand and deliver it back to Lowe's for a return.... Not to mention I've already paid My guys to wait around for the delivery company to pick up this pallet of Miss delivered blocks twice and they just left us hanging no show no call..... Complete flakes...

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
