The delivery sucks. The management team should all be fired. They promised to deliver but not broke promise multiple time. So much worse than homedepot. My workers idle and can't do anything. I need lowes to pay my loss.

Delivery experience was far from satisfactory. 1st delivery attempt driver called to provide 10min till ETA. Waited more than an hour. He never showed up. I tried to call driver but phone went straight to a full voicemail box. I had to call Lowe's delivery help line to get update. Associate had dispatcher to call me back. Then dispatcher said the truck was too big for the communiy so the driver just left. Then he redirected me to Lowe's schedule line only to realize all representative are offwork, so there was no one that can help me reschedule. Had to call back the 3rd party delivery to get help. But they said nothing they can do but to send an email to Lowe's scheduler or I could call Lowe's next day to reschedule. Imagine waiting at home whole day for this. Finally, Lowe's called me to reschedule for smaller a truck delivery. Apparently theres Made schedule for Friday 7am-11am delivery as the scheduler specifically told me if I don't specify a time frame, the system will. I wanted to avoid this so I confirmed 7am-11am timeframe . On Thursday evening I got email saying my delivery time frame is now 2pm-6pm. Why was the schedule changed again? I called 3rd party delivery and they said they cannot change delivery time because they didn't get instructions for 7am -11am delivery.....speechless. I asked for supervisor, and she said cannot commit to change time untill they confirm with Lowes. After two hours finally got called back from driver and supervisor confirming 8am- 12pm delivery. In conclusion the experience was very frustrating.
1) Unprofessionalism and no accountability from driver who didn't bother to call me to let me know he cannot come into the community because of the oversized truck, especially when he has my phone number.
2) lack of coordination between Lowe's and 3rd party delivery. This meant the customer needs to talk to multiple people to get information and rescheduling done. . Customer should only need to face one or at most two( the driver) representative between Lowe's and delivery team. Also the automated delivery update system thru phone gave me erroneous delivery date....this created even more confusion.
3) lack of timely communications. I should be notified by Lowe's as soon as the first delivery couldn't be completed
But I need to comment the representative on the phone from 3rd party delivery were courteous despite my frustration and emotion that have exerted on them.

Lowe’s was our go-to store for our kitchen remodel project. We bought our appliances (washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator) from Lowe’s. Their selection was extensive, and the service was friendly and helpful. We had some issue with the delivery of the appliances. The delivery window was postponed twice, and canceled once for no apparent reason. My wife had to call several times to get everything straightened out. The people in the storage/delivery section (in Tracy) were not helpful, but the representative (Maria) in the store went out of her way to guide us.

First the great: the helpful appliance staff inside the store. Now, the bad: the outsourcing of their delivery. The drivers were outstanding once they arrive to deliver the refrigerator and stack the washer and dryer. The problem occurred between the store, and the warehouse in Tracy. I had an order of 5 products, one had not arrived in Tracy, but instead of delivering what they had immediately, they held everything hostage until I called and told them to deliver what they had. I guess the boss didn't want to spend gas money on more than one trip to the south Bay Area. I know cost of gas is expensive, especially for a box truck, but the solution is for the managers to put down their coffee and donut, load anything that fits into a fuel efficient vehicle and do the delivery themselves if the main drivers are already out on the road. For some reason, items get marked as customer will pick up but when I bought everything I was standing next to the store staff and watched them check for everything to be delivered and installed. I called store and call got dropped 4 times, so I had to arrive in person. A lot of drama could be avoided if better communication and customer service between store and the outsourced delivery service were in cohesion. As I said earlier, once everything arrived, the drivers were outstanding. Problem lies with management.
