My mom and I are incredibly grateful for the team at this location. She was recently the victim of a devastating elder fraud scam and was coerced into buying $10,000 worth of gift cards. When we came into the store, she was understandably distraught.
I cannot express enough how amazing the staff was in listening to, guiding, and comforting us. They were professional, honest, and deeply empathetic. While we knew the rules were strict, the staff was upfront so as to not give us false hope, while still ensuring we felt completely supported.
Numerous folks were helpful, but we truly hope management can give special recognition to the outstanding individuals who guided us through the process: Erica, Ruby, Christine, Crystal, and the tall young man working in the returns department who was exceptionally comforting to my mom.
We applaud this store for creating a customer-centric workplace where teamwork and genuine human kindness are so clearly on display. A positive environment like this doesn’t just happen by accident—it is carefully cultivated and nurtured by excellent leadership. Thank you all so much.

Helped my son purchase a dishwasher along with other appliances at the end of 2025. The dishwasher did not match the other appliances, so my son ordered another one separately — a more expensive model that matched. The original dishwasher was picked up the same day the upgraded dishwasher was delivered.
To this day, I have not been able to get a refund to my credit card. I have called the delivery team (at least they answer the phone). They informed me that a message was sent to the management team in San Jose, but suggested I also try calling the store directly — nobody ever answers the phone!
It’s insane. Weeks/Months have passed and still nothing. I was able to get the store manager’s email and sent a message two weeks ago, but I never received a response.
HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?! This is crazy, not to mention the interest charges adding up. I also tried filing a claim with my credit card company, but it was denied. We even have video proof of the unit being picked up.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
