- MDM D2 days ago1.0I called this morning to order a (Pentair IntelliFlo3 pool pump) because the Leslie's Pool website does not sell them online, and they are only available in stores. The lady who answered the phone asked me to hold, and I agreed. After waiting for six minutes, I hung up and called back. The same lady answered and immediately asked me to hold again. I told her that I had already waited for 6 minutes. Instead of apologizing or explaining the situation politely, she began shouting at me. There was no reason to raise her voice or be rude. She complained that she was the only employee working in the store and that I would have to wait. If she was unable to assist me, she could have politely asked me to call back later or allowed the phone to go to a busy signal rather than leaving customers on hold for an extended period. It is unreasonable to expect someone to wait more than 6 minutes just to ask about product availability. Because of this experience, I will not contact this store again or do business with them in the future. I recommend providing better customer service training for employees who answer the phones or ensuring adequate staffing so employees are not left in situations where they feel stressful or the need to complain to customers about working alone.

- BLBest LocalJan 11, 20265.0This place has it all for your swimming pool I would come here often to get my supplies. The great thing about it is that the customer service is fantastic and they also have water tester to let you know which chemicals you need for your pool overall great service.
