I had an absolutely wonderful experience renting a unit at this Extra Space Storage location, all thanks to the manager, Bilal! He made the entire online booking process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Bilal was extremely helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got a great price and discount. Excellent customer service is rare these days, but Bilal truly cares about his customers. If you need storage in San Jose, I highly recommend this place—ask for Bilal!

This is an appreciation shout out regarding my visit to my unit at the Extra Space Storage location. When I entered my unit, it was extremely hot. I went to the office to report it, and the assistant manager, Burney, was on it immediately. He located and adjusted the thermostat (even though he was not on his main site) and cooled the unit down right away.
He also checked back with me to confirm it was better and when I let him know it wasn’t quite where it needed to be, he said he would lower it further. Having a temperature controlled unit is essential for me and my belongings and I truly appreciate how seriously he took the concern and how quickly he handled it.
Thanks again for your support and please recognize Bernie for his responsiveness, professionalism and follow through.
