After visiting several storage facilities, this was the last one I toured, and I am very glad I chose it.
Manager Jerry welcomed me warmly and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Since English is not my first language, I sometimes have difficulty understanding certain details. Jerry even used a translation app to communicate in my native language, which I truly appreciated.
He showed me all of the available storage units, explained the current promotions, and gave me helpful advice about which option would be the most beneficial for my situation. I never felt pressured and always felt that he genuinely wanted to help.
Most importantly, the facility was extremely clean, well-maintained, and secure. After moving my belongings in, I returned later that evening to check everything again. I am a very cautious person, and I like to double-check important decisions. The facility was still clean, organized, and well cared for when I returned.
I also appreciated the convenient access hours, which allowed me to move and organize my belongings later in the evening than many other storage facilities permit.
I would like to sincerely thank Jerry for his professionalism, kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service. He made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed place to store their belongings.

On a Tuesday evening, I visited the establishment and was first impressed by the property's appearance. The office was bereft of personnel so I dialed the number provided. Within a short moment a gentleman appeared, unlocked the office door, invited me inside and introduced himself as Jerry.
Jerry was pleasant in manner. We completed the details of the rental transaction and then escorted me to my unit. I was even more impressed by the cleanliness of the corridors and cleanliness of the interior. It show property management really cared about the grounds - inside and out.He then explained the parking rules and pointed out the location of the carts.

Jerry was amazing! My daughter had to put her stuff in storage for the Summer, she is an athlete at a University nearby and only needed storage for a month and a half. We live on the east coast in Canada so we weren't sure how to go about everything. We couldn't download the App because we are geo-located to Canada and Jerry made sure that despite this there would be a way to access our storage unit. We were even given a unit slightly larger than what we needed at no charge because we were not sure how much stuff we would have. The staff was super helpful and accommodating and made the experience smooth.
