  Hi I wanted to share my amazing experience recently . I am a long time customer with Clark’s. I recently had to switch techs he was my regular tech for sometime . But he switched to commercial ..The QA manager Efren (who is absolutely so kind and knowledgeable and knows exactly what I need .). He assigned Jamie as my new tech and I cannot thank Efren enough. He was so polite and so thorough. He knew exactly how to do everything and was incredibly efficient! Kudos to Clark’s for hiring Jamie and Efren. Efren is absolutely hard working and so gracious . I am a happy customer due to them !! :)

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5‑Star Review for Jorge Muñoz of Clark Pest Control (South San Jose, 95111) Working with Jorge Muñoz from Clark Pest Control has been an exceptional experience for our household. He always checks in upon arrival and again after completing treatment, making sure we understand what was done and what to expect. His communication is outstanding. He responds to texts and calls quickly, and whenever a concern comes up, he makes himself available the same day to address it. Jorge explains every product, chemical, or non‑chemical option in clear, layman’s terms and offers expert recommendations that genuinely meet our needs. His guidance has already led us to effective grub prevention and mosquito control solutions that have made a noticeable difference. What truly sets Jorge apart is that he isn’t trying to make a sale. He’s focused on identifying issues and providing the right solutions. After years of services with Orkin and Terminix, the results we’re seeing with Jorge are dramatically better. We rarely see bugs now, and when we do, they’re already dead or dying after service. My kids can finally play outside without being grossed out by roaches or afraid of black widows. Jorge Muñoz is doing something different, and it’s working. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication make him an invaluable partner in keeping our home safe and comfortable.

  Absolute Nightmare — Avoid At All Costs! I am absolutely forced to write this review after 3 months of zero progress and endless frustration. We have a glaring billing issue that Clark Pest Control completely failed to resolve despite our repeated efforts, phone calls, and follow-ups. Instead of fixing their mistake, they allowed the account to lapse and we are now receiving threatening calls and mail from debt collection agencies. Their utter inability to handle basic customer billing has now put our financial peace of mind at risk. Because of this gross incompetence and terrible customer service, we are canceling our service agreement immediately. Save yourself the stress and find a company that actually knows how to run a business.

  I have been a client of Clark’s Pest Control I think a quarter of the century. I go back to Geno and Brandon Flora, Ramon Munez, Carlos, just to name a few. Eduardo Is a recent employee of Clarks Pest Control and new to my property. He is a polite, young man, professional, takes his job seriously, and applies the golden rule to his work. I’ve lived 73 years and trained and overseen hundreds of people in my career. I know what it takes. We generally are as good as our weakest link. And why though is one of the strongest I’ve seen in years. Please see that he gets this review, the companies, acknowledgment, and appropriate award.

  ‼️Solicitor Info‼️ I recently educated myself on this issue. Clark is sending around Solicitors to our doors to get contracts signed for pest control services. These representatives ARE NOT LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO LEGALLY SIGN YOU UP. They are doing it illegally. If you can’t find their individual license number through the California State License Board License Search tool, they are not legally allowed to sign you up. This has nothing to do with the service working or not, just sharing California Law. They are breaking it. Update after the response below: the rep that came to my door was searched on the CSLB registrar and did not appear and is not registered with a license number by the state. A test is required by the state and the representative admitted to not ever taking a test to be properly certified. Branch 2 per pestboard.ca.gov
