After renting a space at Public Storage in the city of Azusa, California for over 10 years, I’ve decided to move to Extra Space Storage in the city of San Gabriel. Mike, the manager at that location is an absolute pleasure to work with! This location is extremely modern, clean and very accessible. I had a great experience today! The staff member at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Since it was my first time here, he personally walked me to my storage unit and showed me exactly where it was. He also took the time to teach me how to use the lock and key. He was very patient and made everything so easy for me. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service.

I had an excellent experience with this storage facility, thanks to the exceptional manager Michael. From the very beginning, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free.
The facility is super clean, and well-maintained. The manager patiently answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to help me find the right storage unit for my needs (which I never knew the type of space existed).
