  I recently moved into a new place and I needed a great deal of help organizing basic space, like a pocket sized laundry of loser. We went to The Container Store and we're greeted by a friendly person and then were approached by a very nice and helpful person named, Alana C. Alana got out measurements, listened to our needs, and in minutes helped us design a closet space that met our needs, got us a precise list of what we would need for the job, and after giving as a few minutes of privacy to review the details, Alana came back in and placed our order and within a matter of days our delivery of all of our products arrived. We love Elfa shelving. It's a great product with a great design and a lot of flexibility to make each space be exactly what you want and need it to be. Alan C provided outstanding customer service. Alana knew her product and knew the tools to help us design our space We are extremely happy and grateful! Five Stars for Alan C 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 And Five Stars for the Container Store 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙌🏻

  Store is clean and well organized. Shelves are well supplied. Useful items suitable for different aesthetics. Security is friendly and make the store feel secure. Associates have been helpful when I’ve asked questions; where to find items. Also the associates are quite skilled at packing items into the cart, like for when I bring it to my car and into my place later. Parking is spacious and available on the second floor, right outside the doors.

  We worked with Louis at the Container Store to design and have installed their new line of Preston custom cabinets. We could not be more thrilled with Louis's expertise, creativity, talent, and attention to detail. We also cannot say enough about his patience. He came to our home, measured our spaces, listened to our needs, made excellent suggestions, came up with an amazing design that showed he really listened to us, while also anticipating needs we didn't even know we had. He never lost his patience when we kept wanting to tweak small things and even when we decided to completely redesign a major part of the project, and he was always available to answer questions and respond to our concerns. He helped us navigate our truly horrendous HOA approval process and held our hand through the installation. He ensured that we were assigned the very best installation team, and Victor and his crew were excellent. There was a small hiccup with the wrong piece being sent from the factory, but everyone worked together to solve the problem, and, in the end, it caused only a short delay in completing the installation. The cabinets look wonderful and are exactly what we need for much less than it would have cost for us to go with one of the custom cabinet stores we had been directed to. We received truly superior customer service and cannot say enough good things about Louis.
