  Alex, the design consultant, and AJ, the installer, were friendly, polite, helpful and competent. I’m so glad I decided to go with Stoneside Blinds for my vertical blinds. The price was reasonable and they communicated updates at every step. I highly recommend this company for your window coverings.

  Vince did a great job. He notified me before he came and was on time. He exercised care in moving the ladder and his equipment. He was very cautious handling the shade in taking it down as well as installing it. He showed us how to operate the remote and made sure I could do it before he left. He answered all our questions. Excellent in every way.

  I was not sure what company to choose for my window treatments. I went on line and found Stoneside and I’m so glad I did. Everything from start to finish went very, very well. I was so pleased that they had Saturday appointments. Alex the designer was extremely helpful and patient as I wasn’t sure what to choose. All my questions were answered so professionally. Vince came and did the measurements and then again for the installation. Both times he was a perfectionist with so much attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company.

  We just had our shades from Stoneside installed and could not be happier with the outcome. The process went exactly as outlined to us initially. There were no delays even though we actually changed our mind about one of the windows along the way and had to meet with our designer, Anna, a second time to choose a different shade material. Anna was great to work with throughout the process. She was patient with us and helped us choose the right shades and drapery for our home while keeping our budget in mind. The communication from the entire team was great. We were told exactly how long everything would take and what all the different steps along the way would be. AJ, our installer, was good about giving us a heads up about his arrival time and was always on time (both during the measurement appointment and the installation). He did a really great job installing the shades and cleaned up after he completed each window. That was awesome because we had expected to do a lot of cleanup post the installation. If you're looking for beautiful shades and professional installation for your home, definitely check out Stoneside!
