ExtraSpace increased my rate from $130 -> $230 in 6 months. They only notify you via mail of rate increases (not email or otherwise) and hope that you won’t notice. Pick a different storage provider or beware the rates will increase soon after moving in. I found another storage facility nearby that is also clean, has lower rates, and doesn't raise their rates very often.
