Good: Pretty good security, generally clean, seems free of pests and rodents, and staff is usually pleasant and helpful.
Bad: Frequent increases in rental fee. After several years, my rent is almost double than what a new customer would be charged. Also the elevator breaks down at least several times per year (recent outage for over a month), the staircase is filthy with bird excrement, and there is frequent turnover in staffing (until several years ago, staffing had been very stable).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Antwon!!
I had an incredible experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Antwon. We caught him right in the middle of a task, but he completely paused what he was doing to step in and help us out with the elevator. He absolutely didn't have to go out of his way like that, but he did it anyway just to make our move as smooth, fast, and stress-free as possible. Antwon is beyond helpful, genuinely kind, and a massive asset to this location. If you're coming here, you're in great hands!

I reserved a unit for $232/month, but was informed afterward that the elevator was out of service. The only alternative unit of the same size was priced at nearly $300 because “it was located on a different floor”. Despite the inconvenience being caused by their facility issue, they refused to honor the original quoted rate saying they “cannot override whats in their computer”.
