Was about to rent a space here until I saw the reviews about the rate increases. A lot of storage companies are doing this scammy sort of thing now. Fortunately I found another facility that does not have hidden rate caps in their agreements.

Underwhelmed. The normal elevator was broken so we had no option but to use the freight elevator which they don’t allow tenants to operate. There is only one so you end up having to wait for any tenant who got to it before you, and if they have a bunch of stuff… They put me on the 4th floor but the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor so you have to lug all your stuff up a flight of stairs. The storage units are just wooden boxes in which you can’t even stand up straight with no climate control or even lights, and they are “secured” by a mere padlock. The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is that they were close by and cheap. You get what you pay for.
