Great experience all around! Visited the facility on 16 June 26 to store some of my daughter’s belongings while she is on break from school. I wasn't familiar with the facility but the staff member that was on site went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She came out and opened the door for me the first time and showed me how to set up everything for any future visits. She forget to give me a lock and hand delivered it to me at my storage unit saving me from leaving everything unlocked. Professionalism at its best!
