Some windows had a small 1/2” slope, so both David and Brett came back to be sure the measurements were good. . The installation was on time and well done . I have just ordered more shutters for another bedroom. The improvement to my home is great, their functionality and beauty are better than I expected. The shutters are also easy to adjust. Budget Blinds is top notch. They are also super nice to work with. 10/10 all round professional Professional

David Keller brings a ton of experience and an excellent eye to the job. He's always on time and engaged, has great ideas and narrows down from the thousands of choices to the best ones for the job. He won't oversell you if a more reasonable option works for you. And the prices are pretty good, too. Highly recommend Budget Blinds.

Months of delays, mistakes on their end with absolutely no renumeration, more months of delays, all while we get blinded by the sun (is that where they get their name?). The outcome? Nothing. We pay full price and deal with more BS (see below). Then they call and somehow found a number of a former work colleague that I never authorized them to call. They bothered her and called multiple times despite my emailing to never do so after the first attempt. Highly, highly inappropriate behavior.
