Some windows had a small 1/2” slope, so both David and Brett came back to be sure the measurements were good. . The installation was on time and well done . I have just ordered more shutters for another bedroom. The improvement to my home is great, their functionality and beauty are better than I expected. The shutters are also easy to adjust. Budget Blinds is top notch. They are also super nice to work with. 10/10 all round professional Professional

David Keller brings a ton of experience and an excellent eye to the job. He's always on time and engaged, has great ideas and narrows down from the thousands of choices to the best ones for the job. He won't oversell you if a more reasonable option works for you. And the prices are pretty good, too. Highly recommend Budget Blinds.

Moreover he takes the time to understand your needs and suggests solutions to maximize the look of your home without feeing overwhelmed. The installers are 30+ year professionals who are also a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this company without hesitation
- JHJared HessDec 16, 20221.0Would not recommend. Was very responsive...until they got my money. After that I'd have to call multiple times to get a response. The windows were measured incorrectly so the shades had to be remade. Due to this I was also overcharged and it took months to get a refund. I was told the batteries in the shades would last years, yet they are dead after 9 months. I was told by Lutron support this is due to Budget Blinds using sub-par batteries (even though they charged me $3 per D cell). Unsurprisingly, Budget Blinds has ignored my email about this. Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
