- ONolivia navaAug 3, 20265.0I recently ordered Elfa products online to expand a shelving system I already have, but the shipment did not include all the brackets in the box. Instead of dealing with the online support (which honestly wasn't very helpful when I was ordering the Elfa components I needed since I have an older system), I decided to call the San Francisco store so I could just pick up what I needed. I was so pleased to talk to JJ, who was not only friendly on the phone but super helpful in going to check that the components were available, then setting them aside for me and telling me who the supervisor would be to help me when I came in the next day. When I arrived the next day, other staff members supported me when I arrived, and again JJ was around, familiar with my situation, and able to support me with additional items I could use with my outdated Elfa system. I found the whole staff willing to support me and find answers to my questions when they didn't know individually. I just really appreciate good customer service; it doesn't have to be effusively cheery, but just respectful and helpful support. Thanks, JJ!

They have everything you need and things you don’t know you need. The staff was friendly and helpful without being overwhelming. Another bonus was the Trader Joe’s located downstairs.
