- IHIreena H.Mar 16, 20221.0I am completely disappointed in this company. I spoke with Drake about removing a name off my unit. He emailed me forms to fill out, which I did with hope they would follow my request. Unfortunately, one of the employees allowed someone access without my permission. Then when I spoke to Drake about it, he hung up in my face. I called the company who said they would escalate it, yet I've heard nothing. I even sent an email with no response. I paid for a new lock that their employee cut off without my permission. I live in another state and now my storage is open to anyone and I can't even check on my property to see if it's still there. This is highly unexceptional and it looks like I'm going to have to open a civil case against them. I wouldn't recommend using this company.
