  Those unfavorable reviews are correct. I presume that this lady, white blonde hair was the manager of the San Diego Outlet, she never approach me, never said welcome to our store. She had a group of employees that was at the counter and she was talking with the staff and before I could approach the counter she literally push this young man towards me before I made it to the counter. With the assistant of this young man, who was very knowledgeable, I had decided to purchase my items and as we approach the counter she told me he could not help me because he had to help in the back. This manger with white blond hair treats RH employees as if they work for her and when she calls their name, they run as if they are slaves. I don't know if the employees get commission for sales, however I do believe that she wants RH to believe that she is making the sales at this store. I have shop at RH stores, online and the outlets in La Mesa and Vista. Those outlets were a pleasure to shop and the staff was amazing. I have decided that I will not shop at the 4s Ranch outlet, it has an unwelcoming and a uncanny vibe.

  Check the RH website before purchasing. Their retail prices are not updated, and you can get similar prices online during sale events. For example, this Oslo table is advertised as 60% off, but it is actually 19% off ($2025 + $200 member fee), and comes with several dings and scrapes.

  I got several towel and bed set,… quality is not what it used to be at all and marked wrong size no return stuck

  Wow this was such a horrible experience even more surprising because it’s RH. I was literally never acknowledged, I even walked by 3 representatives that were just chatting between them and said hi and nothing, I genuinely wanted to purchase a dining table and chairs and stayed long enough to give them a chance but nothing. There were 4 ladies, as 1 more walked in after a few minutes, and no other customers but us, and they were all standing by the register doing nothing. I even took a video cause I was just appalled. Hope whoever is the manager can help train them so the store can make sales.

  They had a great selection to browse on the showroom floor and Maddy was very helpful with finding something that was going to fit our home perfectly. She also helped arrange for delivery and installation with Diamond Hands Delivery, Oscar and his team were amazing. They were very kind and efficient and went the extra length to be careful with the delivery itself as well as my home when bringing it in to install. I highly recommend them!
