  We were looking for new, full kitchen appliances and met with Manny Jordan in the Mission Valley store. It was not only a pleasant experience but an educational one as well! He dialed into our needs very well and in short order had us lined up with a plan. We visited several other appliance stores but chose Pacific Sales and returned to meet with Manny and made a few changes to our plan with his helpful background and input. He assisted us with great pricing and explained how our order would work into our remodel timing. Great experience with a knowledgeable and friendly salesman!

  Pacific Sales Delivered Excellence Every Step of the Way ! We recently completed a $20,000+ transaction with Pacific Sales that we took about 2.5 months from start to finish, and throughout the entire process, the customer service was exceptional. Dave Sablan was incredibly thorough, detailed, and professional every step of the way. My husband is meticulous and asks a lot of questions, and Dave was never once phased by his questions or quirks. He always remained patient, knowledgeable, and focused. What stood out immediately was how comfortable Dave made us feel. There was no rushing, just straightforward, professional service, which is exactly how we like to handle major purchases. We also really appreciated the follow-up phone calls because the specs were proactively sent directly to our contractor!! That level of communication and support made such a difference and showed amazing customer service throughout the entire process. Alison made the checkout/financing experience pleasant and seamless with how polite, friendly, and personable she was. And Manager Xlena (spelling?) made a comment I'll never forget. As a manager myself, it really resonated with me when she said, (in so many words) referring to Dave and the team, "I always want them to do better than me." That kind of leadership, support, and team spirit says everything about the culture there. Honestly, everyone at Pacific Sales was great. Thank you to Dave, Alison, Xlena, and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful process feel simple, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable.

  I walked in less than 15 minutes ago and I met some of the most amazing sales reps. Not even kidding within 15 minutes I spent $28,000 on high-end Thermador appliances. David set us up and Xylina closed us by answered all my questions to make this purchase and Alison got us all squared away at finish line!!!

  I recently purchased a new 48" Sub-Zero Classic Series refrigerator from the Pacific Sales location on Morena Blvd, and the entire experience was top-notch. Manny Jordan was absolutely amazing to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Sub-Zero line and easily answered all my questions, making me feel completely confident in my purchase. The entire process, from walking into the showroom to finalizing the details, was completely seamless. It wasn't just Manny, either—the entire staff at the Morena Blvd store was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. If you are in the market for high-end appliances, I highly recommend asking for Manny!

  We had a complicated issue with a new home we just purchased. The range, the builder installed, was the wrong size. Who ever designed the kitchen was terrible! The dishwasher door would not open all the way because it would hit the range oven door. We went to Lowe's and Home Depot. We were stuck! Until we went to Pacific Sales and met Manny Jordan! He was diligent in his effort to help us. Manny worked tirelessly measuring and searching the many products on the floor and in the computer system. He found two ranges he thought could work. Manny then arranged for a Pacific Sales installer to come to our home to see which of the two ranges would work. The installer was very helpful and spent a good deal of time with my husband to find the correct range. Manny had found one that would work! The Forno French oven door range! We had plans to purchase a new dishwasher, washer and dryer from Lowe's. We ended up purchasing everything through Manny. We were so impressed with his work ethic, customer support and welcoming kind personality. I highly recommend Manny at Pacific Sales. He is a great guy!
