  They’re awesome here. Bryan Moran was the best at helping me find an in stock sink for my new kitchen. He gave me many options and helped me on my quick timeline! Recommend any first time home buyer who isn’t sure where to start—come here!

  VERY disappointed in Pacific Sales, specifically the Mira Mar location. My husband and I purchased a refrigerator in December of 2025. We were told if we signed up and paid for the purchase with a Best Buy card we would receive store credit for about $2,000 (our fridge was just under $14k after taxes). We were told by salesperson ANTON that unfortunately we wouldn't receive the credit until AFTER the appliance was installed. We specifically remember this because we needed to purchase faucets and sinks as well and were wanting to use that store credit to purchase them, but since the appliance wasn't going to get installed until April we were told that wouldn't work. Also mind you, we were told this same information not once, but TWICE. First when we purchased the appliance in December, then again in February when we went in the store to set a delivery date. Well now it's April and I called to check on the store credit because we haven't heard anything and NOW are told we would have received half the credit when we purchased the fridge and half when we paid it off in January. SOOO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED WITH THE INCORRECT INFORMATION WE WERE GIVEN. Now the credit certificate has expired since it's been over 30 days and they can't do anything about it. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! NEVER USING PACIFIC SALES AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

  I have been looking for weeks and have been overwhelmed and discouraged. I walked in to Pacific Sales and was greeted by Gifted, the Manager. He was great! Very knowledgeable and nice. He went over options with me, pros and cons, and some promotional details. They have it all, Sub-Zero Wolf, Miele, Monogram, you name it. I never get a new credit card, but they had a great deal making it a no brainer. I highly recommend Pacific Sales, which is Best Buy, and will come back to work with Gifted for future needed items. This is your one stop shop for your remodel!

  WORKING WITH GIFTED WAS THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN ANY PURCHASE EXPERIENCE THAT I CAN THINK OF! THIS GUY SHOULD BE RUNNING THE COMPANY HE IS SO "GIFTED". TALENT LIKE HIS, IN ALL AREAS OF SALES, PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, COURTESY, CONSIDERATION, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, FOLLOW UP, AND INTEGRITY ARE UNSURPASSABL. I HAVE OWNED 6 RETAIL BUSINESSES IN MY LIFETIME, AND I WOULD HIRE HIM IN 2 SEC IF I STILL OWNED MY BUSINESSES. WE PURCHASED A COMPLETE KITCHEN AND BATH FROM HIM EXCEEDING $30K AND HE DID IT FLAWLESSLY!
