  William was awesome to work with. Super friendly, professional, and genuinely went out of his way to make everything easy. He took the time to explain the options, answered all my questions, and made sure I was taken care of without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Great customer service like this is hard to find. If you’re looking for storage in the Otay Mesa area, definitely ask for William Muñoz. He’s a huge asset to Otay Mesa Self Storage. Highly recommend!

  We had a great experience renting our storage unit. The person who helped us was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We really like the location, and having electricity available in the unit is a huge plus for us. The whole process was easy and we’re very happy with our choice. Highly recommend!
